Join us for Nonviolent Resistance Training
Across traditions, clergy, lay leaders, and organizers are being asked to respond to political violence, threats to democracy, and growing fear in our communities. Many are searching for practical ways to lead with courage and clarity while remaining grounded in faith, nonviolence, and care for one another.
These in-person trainings will equip participants with practical frameworks for disciplined, strategic, and morally grounded nonviolent action. Together, we will explore how faith communities can organize effectively, strengthen democracy, protect human dignity, and support one another through collective action.
The training goes beyond theory. Participants will engage with real-world examples, develop practical organizing skills, and consider how to prepare their congregations and communities for this moment. You will also have opportunities to connect with other faith leaders and become part of ongoing local and national collaboration.
This training may be a good fit for you if you are:
- A clergy member, lay leader, or organizer discerning how to lead in this moment
- Part of a faith-based or interfaith community committed to democracy and human dignity
- Interested in practical tools for nonviolent civil resistance and community organizing
- Looking to help prepare your congregation or build a local interfaith cohort
- Seeking concrete ways to move from concern toward faithful, collective action
